  15. - FPS and NOSKIP options for better playback control

  17. - DITHER option for easy dither selection

  19. - New really fast HiColor mode for GfxCards without PIP!

  21. - New intelligent frame skipping!

  23. - New on-the-fly dither selection! Saves typing options! Just use SPACE bar
  24.   during playback to change the dithering mode!

  28. - Removed all known bugs! This should be the most bug-free MPEG player ever!
